Troubleshooting

Occasionally, for various reasons, your service may become intermittent or cease to function. If this occurs please disconnect the power supply from your electrical outlet and shut down your computer. If you have a wireless router it is advisable to disconnect its power supply as well. Please allow equipment to remain disconnected for 2-3 minutes. Reconnect all power supplies and restart your computer. Check to ensure that your computer is connected to your wireless network (if this applies) and check your internet connection.

 

If you still do not have service or if your service continues to experience frequent disruptions, please contact technical support at (614) 444-1001. Please try the troubleshooting steps above before contacting technical support.
